Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe has been an French actor for more than 20 years. Her most famous role is portraying anti-heroine Bondgirl Severine in the twenty-third James Bond Film Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. Her credits however do not reflect her appearance with Sophie Marceau in Un bonheur n'arrive alone. The actress is also a brand ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice is a French-Chinese as well as a Cambodian born from Paris France, May 19th 1979. She is from the French middle-class family that has an Asian/Cambodian father. His father worked as a doctor and her mother was a teacher. As a child in Paris She was obsessed by art and would spend most of her time painting and playing piano. Her inspiration came from the arts and painting as they were two of her greatest passions. Jack Waltzer held a workshop. The acting became her love. After discovering her passion that she was a performer, she spent ten years at the prestigious Conservatory in Paris. When she got leaving college She began auditioning for film roles. The first film she auditioned for was The Discordance (2007) came quickly after. Early on in her career in the industry, she found it difficult to get roles that fit the personality of her character. His influence is strong on the film industry. Lack of knowledge was the major factor in her being rejected by a lot of the top film producers and agents.
